UNM Biomedical Informatics Fellow Featured in National Institute of Justice Podcast

Shamsi Daneshvari Berry, PhDListen to HSLIC’s former biomedical informatics fellow, Dr. Shamsi Daneshvari Berry, discuss how her fellowship project continues to progress with her current research at the NM Office of the Medical Investigator.  Dr. Daneshvari Berry is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in HSLIC’s BioMIRTS Unit and an Assistant Professor at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.  Dr. Daneshvari Berry partnered with Dr. Heather Edgar, an Associate Professor of Anthropology and the Forensic Anthropologist in the New Mexico Office of the Medical Investigator who also has a secondary academic appointment in HSLIC, to write the grant that is funding their current work.
