Celebrate National Public Health Week - Climate Change

The town of Chimayó is known for its temperate climate, its beautiful scenery full of green foliage, a proud vibrant culture, and its famous chile.  The effects of climate change have even reached my beautiful hometown of Chimayó: Extreme heat, unpredictable droughts, floods, and wildfires now enrage the land. Today, we must collectively engage in proactive change within our social, economic and environmental habitats. To influence action and change within structural systems that prohibits protection, enhancement and maintenance of our planet’s natural system. Or else, soon the question might no longer be – “red or green?”
