You and a friend/colleague are invited to joins us on Thursday, September 19, 2019 for a thought provoking seminar by Robby Atala, MD. The title the seminar is Electronic Health Record (HER) Implementation Complete – Now What?
As the current UNM HSC Clinical Informatics Fellow, Dr. Atala will discuss the changing landscape in contemporary healthcare after the implementation of an EHR. After this presentation, attendees will understand how changing from a volume-based to a value-based system impacts reimbursement processes, how digitization has bolstered transparency in health care delivery and provider performance, and learn about the challenges that lie ahead for interoperability and health information exchanges.
