We wanted to take a minute to remind everyone of the virtual support options that are currently available for quality assistance with any of your Library needs.
Looking for immediate reference help? Chat might be the way you want to go. Our librarians are available to answer reference questions by chat Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. We will work with you to find a resource or solution as quickly as possible. Some examples of issues that you may wish to chat with us about are questions about accessing a HSLIC database or finding the full text of a journal article. For chat questions that might benefit from more in-depth support, we will put you in touch with the right person for your needs.
Don’t have the time for a live chat conversation or want to submit a question outside of our regular business hours? Use our Ask a Librarian form at any time! We will find the best person to answer your question and email you back in a timely manner. Be sure to also search our FAQs to see if your question has already been answered.
