Thursday March 7, 2024 at 10:00am HSLIC will sponsor an online presentation and facilitated discussion on “Forecasting Areas for Productive Collaboration between Health Sciences Librarian and Informatics Colleagues” led by Robyn Reed and Natya Hans.
Reed is the elected Chair of the Medical Informatics Caucus of the Medical Library Association. At Penn State she is the Biomedical Informatics and Emerging Technologies Associate Librarian. Dr. Hans is the Informatics and Reproducibility Librarian at the University of Florida.
The health sciences librarianship and informatics worlds have been inextricably linked for over half a century. These collaborations have been immensely productive. What potential areas for collaboration appear on the horizon? Join us March 7th at 10:00am to learn some answers!
