Meditation is a potent antidote for our busy, hyper-stimulated lives – and it has proven benefits for physical and emotional health. Students, staff and faculty are invited to attend an introduction to meditation class at the Health Sciences Library and Informatics Center. The half-hour classes, led by meditation teacher Michael Haederle, will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 3, at noon and Tuesday, Oct. 9, at 5 p.m. in HSLIC Room 428.
