Financials

Award Receipt

The HSC Contract & Grant Accounting Department assists with post-award needs for contracts, grants, clinical trials, and sub-awards. They handle all accounting aspects of these types of agreements, and can help guide you through the process of completing your project.

Award Status

You can view the status of your award at any time by logging in to the Click ERA Grant record. 

Subawards

If part of your award includes outgoing subawards, review process and guidance for requesting subawards.

Cost Share

If your award has cost share commitments, review the UNM policy on Cost Sharing on Sponsored Projects. After the award is received, the HSC Contract and Grant Accounting Department will transfer assigned funds to the cost share account at the start of the program. 

Program Income

The HSC Contract and Grant Accounting Department will provide revenue collection and management through automated invoicing and timely follow-up.

The HSC Family & Community Medicine's Research Management Team are available to FCM faculty for assistance with contract reporting, purchasing and invoicing, as well as initial award index setup and subcontracts.
