HSLIC Phased Building Reopening

HSLIC is using a Red / Yellow / Green phased reopening. Beginning Monday, February 15, we will move into our Red phase. Here’s what you can expect:

All Phases

  •  Masks required at all times
  •  No food or drink, except for water bottles
  •  Individual study only
  •  Social distancing required
  • Clean spaces before and after use with provided cleaning supplies
     

Red Phase – Begins February 15, Reservation System Open Now – HSC Students Only

  • 7 study rooms available for all HSC students
  • Individual study rooms can be reserved up to 7 days in advance
  • One reservation per day per student, up to 4 hour per day
  • HSLIC staff will let students with reservations in; call us at 505-272-2311 or email us if you need help
  • Study rooms available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Reservations open now
  • Library services remain virtual; Item pick-up service is available, see our page here

 

Yellow Phase – Begins March 1 – HSC Students, Staff, and Faculty

  • 2nd and 3rd floors are open at 25% capacity for individual study Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Valid HSC badge required for access
  • Individual study rooms remain available for reservation by HSC students
  • Library services remain virtual; Item pick-up service is available, see our page here
  • When construction is completed, 24 x 7 access will be available for all HSC students
 

Green Phase – Begins when Bernalillo County is Green – UNM Students, Staff, and Faculty

  • Additional library services available in person in a limited fashion
  • Item pick-up available Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
  •  2nd and 3rd floors are open at 25% capacity for individual study Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Valid HSC badge required for access
  • Study rooms remain available for reservation by HSC students
  • Non-HSC UNM students, staff, and faculty can access HSLIC by appointment
