HSLIC's Collection Development Manual guides employees in its acquisitions practices for building the best collection for the HSC community. It also helps establish priorities for building the collection while inflation continuously outstrips budget increases and materials shift to an electronic platform and/or subscription model. The manual is updated every 5 years to stay current with publishing trends and library technology. During 2022-2023, RAD is updating and revising the Collection Development Manual.
