Feeling and expressing gratitude can improve physical and mental health and can boost academic performance. As HSLIC staff and faculty get ready to celebrate Thanksgiving with our families and friends, I am reminded to take a moment to reflect on what makes me feel grateful.
In the spirit of the season, the HSLIC Wellness Committee invites members of the HSC Community to join us in expressing gratitude by contributing a leaf to our Gratitude Tree. Simply stop by the library during the month of November, write down something you are grateful for, and post it on the tree.
