HSLIC created the Free Resources During COVID19 Disruptions Guide to showcase some of the free resources that publishers and vendors are offering.  It includes free resources as well as offers for teaching tools and will continue to be updated as new information is received.

Many of the textbooks that are on reserve in print at HSLIC, are available through RedShelf. RedShelf is providing students with free, convenient access to their learning materials until May 25, 2020. Each student may access up to 7 ebooks. To access these ebooks, each student must create a personal account.  For help accessing RedShelf, please see https://libguides.health.unm.edu/fulltext/RedShelf.  Many textbooks and resources like the APA Manual of Style, Social Approaches to Research, and Illustrated Dental Embryology are available on the RedShelf platform.

Please keep in mind that ebooks that were previously available from HSLIC are still available!  Many publishers have provided unlimited access until the end of the semester.  These ebooks can still be accessed through Course Reserves in Discovery.
