Virtual Reality Lab Hours:

Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm

Friday 9am-5pm

Saturday & Sunday 12pm-5pm

The VR Lab is located on the 4th floor of the Health Sciences Library. 

Virtual reality is an exciting and innovative way to enhance learning. It provides an intricate depiction of human anatomy which promotes new learning methods that will change the future of medical education.  

Please contact us if you require accommodations for a large group or would like to request time outside of our normal operating hours.

How do I use the VR Lab?

How do I use the VR Lab?

  • Make reservations with your HSC credentials at least 8 hours in advance
  • Lab is available for 2 hour reservations
  • A minimum of 2 people is required 
  • We recommend not exceeding 6 people 
  • A brief training by HSLIC Staff is required the first time you reserve the room.
  • Additional trainings can be requested as needed
  • Faculty who wish to use the lab for classroom purposes should contact us for the facilitation of small-group learning sessions
