Final Equipment Inventory Report

Final equipment inventory reports (aka closeout property reports) list all property purchased under a sponsored program (including property under subcontractors) regardless of ownership. Utilize the HSC Inventory Transfer List form. 

Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Considerations

• Use of human tissues is managed through the UNM/HSC Human Tissue Repository. 
• Ensure that use of radioactive materials and radiation-producing machines at UNM is managed through the HSC Radiation Safety Office.
• Arrange for proper disposal of any chemicals no longer needed through guidelines in the HSC Chemical Hygiene Plan.
